The following Shipping Policy (the “Shipping Policy”) applies to Vont physical products offered as part of the Vont Services (herein the “Products”). This Shipping Policy is in addition to, and not in lieu of, your rights and obligations under the Vont Terms of Service (the “Terms”), which are incorporated fully by reference herein. If there is a conflict between the Shipping Policy and the Terms, the Shipping Policy will control for that conflict. Capitalized terms not defined in the Shipping Policy have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms. ​​If there is a conflict between this Shipping Policy and mandatory requirements prescribed by law based on the location of purchase or your jurisdiction of residence, those mandatory legal requirements will necessarily prevail.


Upon confirming your payment for any Product purchased through the Vont Services, we will commence processing your order. We generally process orders within 2-3 business days (this may take longer in certain rare instances) and deliver the Product(s) to your provided shipping address. You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipping address. We are not liable for any lost items, damage to personal items, or loss of data or functionality due to incorrect shipping information. The estimated fees for shipping, and length of time shipping is expected to take, will be displayed on the checkout page.


We cannot offer cancellations after your order has been dispatched. However, if you reach out to us via the live chat feature on the Vont Services or contact us at support@vont.com to make a cancellation request, and your item has not been dispatched, we are generally able to grant such cancellation requests.
